These terms apply to your use of cab2go, operated by Advance IT Services. By creating an account you agree to them and to our Privacy notice.
Accounts
You must give accurate details, verify your mobile number or email, and keep your password private. You are responsible for activity on your account. We may suspend accounts that break these terms or put others at risk.
Booking and fares
The fare shown before you book is the fare you pay, including any demand multiplier, stop fees and promo discounts shown at that time. Online payments are taken when you book and refunded in full if you cancel before the trip starts or if no driver accepts. Cash fares are paid to the driver at drop-off.
Conduct
Treat drivers and passengers with respect. Harassment, violence, discrimination, damage to vehicles, fraud and misuse of the SOS feature are not allowed. Drivers must hold a valid license and registration, follow traffic laws and keep their documents up to date.
Drivers
Drivers are independent and responsible for their vehicle, permits and conduct. cab2go keeps the commission shown in the app on each completed trip; earnings and payouts are shown under Earnings & payouts.
Promo and referral codes
Codes have the conditions shown with them, cannot be exchanged for cash, and may be withdrawn if misused.
Safety
In an emergency, call 911. The in-app SOS feature alerts our team and your emergency contact but is not a substitute for emergency services.
Liability
cab2go is provided “as is”. To the extent allowed by law, Advance IT Services is not liable for indirect losses or for events outside our reasonable control, such as network or GPS failures.
Changes
We may update these terms and will notify you in the app. Continuing to use cab2go means you accept the updated terms. These terms are governed by the laws of the Philippines.
